Resolve incidents with impact

Turn a fault into an inventory decision and a prepared alternative.

From finding to decision

Housekeeping finds that BL-042’s air conditioning cannot maintain temperature and an arrival is due at 17:30. The goal is not merely closing a ticket; it is protecting the arrival without hiding operational cost.

Demo flow

Report → Assess impact → Block in demo → Prepare alternative

  1. Report unit, asset and symptom.
  2. Assess urgency, safety, estimated duration and next booking.
  3. Simulate the block. The Centre moves from one to two affected units.
  4. Review MH-018 and prepare a reassignment.
  5. Stop before changing the booking or contacting the guest.

Human control

Blocking inventory, moving a booking, accepting a category difference or sending a message are sensitive actions. Production would need permissions, audit, concurrency protection, failure notification and explicit reversal.

Validate who can declare a unit unsellable, which faults involve safety, how compatible alternatives are calculated and who approves compensation. The vision executes none of these actions.
