Coordinate departures and housekeeping

Prioritise turnarounds, assign a team and validate a unit before its next arrival.

The decision

A departure becomes a priority when another guest arrives soon, the margin is tight or the unit has special conditions. The demo uses BL-018: departure at 10:22, arrival at 16:00 and 338 minutes for turnaround.

Demo flow

Detected → Assigned → Ready → Validated

  1. Confirm the next arrival and actual margin.
  2. Assign BL-018 to Team 2. No order is sent to a device.
  3. Open the 390 px mobile preview and simulate the staff checklist.
  4. Mark the unit ready from the work view.
  5. Validate as manager. Only then does the Centre reduce the preparation alert.

What a customer should validate

  • Which rules determine priority and who can override them.
  • Whether checklists vary by unit type.
  • What evidence inspection requires and when a unit is reopened.
  • How consumables and time are captured without turning work into surveillance.

Calculating priority and proposing a team are reversible. Validating or reopening a unit and committing to an arrival time require an identified person and audit history.
