Open the day
Read the operational pulse and decide where the day needs attention.
The decision
Opening the day is not about scanning dozens of metrics. It is about finding what could compromise an arrival, a guest or the next handover. The Operations centre brings together arrivals, departures, unit preparation, blocks, open balances, team workload and a seven-day horizon.
Recommended sequence
- Confirm the date and scenario size. Mar de Fondo contains 300 units and is fixed on 7 August 2026.
- Read alerts affecting an arrival today first.
- Compare pending preparation with blocked inventory.
- Check whether a handover is awaiting acknowledgement.
- Open the responsible module; the Centre summarises but does not make the decision.
What the vision demonstrates
Housekeeping, incident and handover flows share state. Validating BL-018 reduces preparation alerts. Blocking BL-042 increases affected inventory. Preparing an alternative or acknowledging the shift changes the Centre’s risks.
This is a local interactive vision. It does not query production or modify real inventory and must not be used to operate a campsite.
The day is open when every critical alert has an owner, a next action and a review time.
