What must survive a change of person
A useful handover is not a list of everything that happened. It preserves risks, pending decisions, ownership and the next check. Mar de Fondo gathers BL-042, four arrivals without a security deposit and two missing number plates for the Delta Group.
Demo flow
Gather → Review → Prepare → Acknowledge
- Gather signals from the Centre and operational modules.
- Review the summary, correcting priority and removing noise.
- Prepare the handover. It has not yet been delivered.
- Simulate acknowledgement by afternoon lead Jordi Serra.
- Confirm that the Centre no longer shows a pending handover.
The tool may gather facts and propose a summary. One person remains responsible for its content and the next confirms understanding. Acknowledgement does not mean the work is resolved.
Production would require identity, permission, timestamps, history and offline recovery.
