Prepare tomorrow
Use horizon, demand and anomalies to prepare explainable decisions.
From signal to proposal
The seven-day horizon combines forecast occupancy, housekeeping load, arrivals and known risks. Intelligence may summarise, detect anomalies and suggest staffing, pricing or promotions, but it must expose sources, confidence and limitations.
Daily review
- Check which data supports the forecast and when it was updated.
- Separate fact, estimate and recommendation.
- Review the range, not just a central number.
- Consider team capacity and already-prepared decisions.
- Decide whether to discard, adjust or prepare the proposal.
The demo shows high demand, suggests two extra housekeeping staff and flags three anomalies. It changes no shifts, prices or inventory.
OTA, tax, access and messaging appear as intended destinations, not connected integrations. Each will need a contract, authority, observability, retry policy and a clear degraded mode.
Reversible work may be automated with audit. Pricing, payment, booking, sensitive blocking and communication need human review or confirmation.
