Arrival, maintenance and cancellation with shared results and a repeatable demo.
Open Recorridos guiados in Mar de Fondo at /admin/ or /demos/mardefondo/gestion/. The scenario has 300 units and a fixed clock: 7 August 2026, 12:00 UTC. The manager labels are in Spanish.
Start and repeat
Choose a task and confirm Restablecer y empezar. This resets Mar de Fondo bookings, payments, operations and progress in your browser; other scenarios are unchanged. Each step explains the check, links to the relevant screen and offers a confirmed local action. Actions performed in the booking detail also update progress. Closing the panel keeps progress; a reload keeps changes when local storage is available.
Arrival with a balance
Review the booking, record the outstanding payment, complete the separate security deposit, prepare a fictional access credential and confirm check-in. Existing requirements appear completed. The guest is then in-house in Arrivals, Planning and the map. No payment terminal or barrier is connected.
Maintenance and reassignment
Report the MH-007 air-conditioning issue, assess it and block the unit. Planning and the map show the block from 7 August to 1 September. The manager refuses assignments and check-in over this block. Prepare MH-008 of the same type, then confirm the reassignment. Preparation alone does not move the booking. Availability is checked for the full stay at confirmation; a conflict leaves the booking unchanged. MH-007 remains blocked after the move.
The separate BL-027 cleaning sequence removes its arrival cleaning blocker after validation, while payment, deposit and access requirements still apply.
Cancellation and refund
Cancel the selected future stay and verify it no longer occupies inventory. Its payment remains until you confirm the fictional full refund. Payments then contains a negative entry and the booking shows zero paid. This demonstrates the ledger; it does not calculate contractual penalties or send a bank refund.
Local scope
Guests, money, documents, credentials and incidents are fictional. Changes are stored locally with no operational emails or payments, and are not shared across devices. Both Mar de Fondo URLs share this scenario on the same browser and origin. Restablecer demo restores the original bookings and clears walkthrough progress. See Product scope.
